Sick Baby Girl

Dear Noel,

Yesterday was such a fun day! You were home sick from school. As you had been the day before. But yesterday you were just tired, not incredibly sick to your stomach. Bodie had his ear tubes put in first thing in the morning so when we got home from the hospital daddy went to work. Then the three of us watched a Toy Story Movie Marathon. We watched all three before 1pm. Lunch was crackers and ice water followed by dry toast. Then it was time for Bodie's nap. He napped for over 3 hours so you and I had a LONG afternoon of fun things planned. We made a monkey and a panda out of clay. We wrote both Mailey and Claire letters to be mailed out. We played Old Maid, Go Fish, and some things on the Ipad while watching The Little Mermaid II.

It was wonderful watching you do your learing games on the Ipad. I had no idea how amazingly smart you were. I mean, I knew, but I was able to witness it yesterday and it was great!

Today you are feeling much better and went to school. I have Bodie and Daphne here with me but oh, the gaping hole in the house while you are gone. I feel it in my bones.
